   Looking for your expert opinion on valuation of Evidian and Techfoundations,
   
   Logically after the split, Evidian with 5bln revenue and 5% operation margin with 7-10% organic growth is worth atleast 5 bln.
   
   Even if Techfoundations (with 5-6 bln revenue and a nominal loss until 2026) is worth 0,25 bln
   
   Together they should be worth atleast 4-5 bln total compared to current valuation of 1,5 bln.
   
   Shouldnt the price be 3x, am I missing something?

   For one, you have missed the "Franse aandelen"-forum wit Atos. But you may want to contact your bank instead, to fund your offer to take over Atos with a discovered upside of at least + 200%.
