    gisteren zouden nabeurs de cijfers over 2024 worden gepubliceerd, iemand daar inzage in kunnen nemen?
    Zo ja, wat waren de resultaten en eventuele vooruitzichten?

    De minderheids aandeelhouder CIAM,die bezwaren had tegen de gang van zaken bij de opsplitsing van Vivendi,laat nog niet los.

    CIAM welcomes the decision of the Paris Court of Appeal overturning the AMF's decision and ruling
    that Bolloré group controls Vivendi
    The CIAM fund welcomes the decision of the Paris Court of Appeal on the appeal against the decision
    of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) concerning Vivendi. On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, the Court
    overturned the AMF's decision on the grounds of lack of motivation and further ruled that the Bolloré
    group controls Vivendi within the meaning of Article L.233-3 of the French Commercial Code.
    The Paris Court of Appeal has therefore referred the case back to the AMF so that it can rule on the
    consequences for minority shareholders, in accordance with the provisions of Article 236-6 of the
    General Regulations.
    Catherine Berjal, managing partner of CIAM:
    “This decision by the Court of Appeal is a major victory for minority shareholders and recognition that
    the arguments we put forward were well-founded.”
    CIAM will continue to pursue its commitment to equal treatment for all shareholders, transparency in
    transactions, and the protective role of stock market regulation. This fight goes beyond the Vivendi
    case alone: it concerns the very foundations of investor confidence in the French financial system.

    nou die 1,80 is nog ver weg , gisteren mijn 10.000 stuks Havas er maar uitgedaan, kon er nog 54,84 netto dus na aftrek kosten rabobank aan overhouden, ik laat het aandeel voorlopig maar links liggen.

    Het aandeel Havas geeft 8 eurocent dividend. Mijn vraag is of de Franse dividendbelasting van toepassing is of de Nederlandse dividendbelasting. Wie weet het antwoord?

    Dividend uitkeringen zullen niet onderworpen zijn aan Nederlandse belasting,
    De regeling met de fiscus loopt tot eind 2028.

    1 shorter nu in Havas met 0,5%. Dit verklaart de koersdruk mogelijk. Ik breid weer uit.

    Atalan Capital Partners LP had op 07 mei een shortpositie van 0,50%
    Op 8 mei was deze 0,67%.

    Het aandeel HAVAS is momenteel redelijk onbekend op de beurs,maar dat kan in zeer korte tijd drastisch veranderen.
    Momenteel een dividend van 0.08 cent op een koers van ongeveer 1.50 is lang niet slecht.
    Mijn voorspelling is dat de koers volgend jaar in waarde is verdubbeld.
    Maar zoals altijd garantie tot aan de voordeur.
    Ik persoonlijk heb er alle vertrouwen in.

    Goldman was één van de begeleidende banken. Maar de waardering lijkt alleszins redelijk en daarom zat/zit ik er steeds in.
