    Op de dag van de arbeid wordt er op de AEX niet gehandeld in AM.
    In de USA wel en daar lijkt de koers weer te stijgen.
    Laten we uitgaan van een deal tussen China en de USA in mei, dan kan de koers verder omhoog.

    UBS herhaalt het koopadvies voor ArcelorMittal
    donderdag 1 mei 2025 - 07:10u

    Het koersdoel blijft ongewijzigd op € 35,00. Het verwachte rendement is +32,78%.

    Een fonds heeft een aanzienlijk belang opgebouwd in US Steel, waarom omdat dit fonds verwacht dat de verkoop aan Nippon Steel zal doorgaan.

    Dit zou uiteraard heel positief nieuws zijn voor arcelormittal dan.

    Daarbij werd gewezen op de kwetsbaarheid van het cyclische ArcelorMittal voor importtarieven vanuit de VS.

    Jefferies verhoogt koersdoel Arcelor Mittal

    De analisten van Jefferies waren vrijdag opnieuw neutraal over Arcelor Mittal. Jefferies herhaalde het advies houden voor de aandelen van Arcelor Mittal.

    Het koersdoel werd verhoogd van 27,00 naar 29,50 EUR. Dat betekent dat de analisten verwachten dat de aandelen van Arcelor Mittal met 14% kunnen stijgen vanaf de huidige koers van 25,92 EUR.

    OTTAWA (Reuters) - The Canadian government said on Thursday it laid 200 charges against steelmaker ArcelorMittal's Canada unit for violating the country's Fisheries Act.

    The charges stem from several investigations launched by the Canadian environment ministry's enforcement officers.

    The concerned subsection of the law prohibits depositing or permitting "the deposit of a deleterious substance in water frequented by fish or in any place where the deleterious substance may enter any such water," the government said.

    RELX sterkste stijger.

    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) Op Wall Street zijn vrijdag zes van de acht AEX-genoteerde fondsen ten opzichte van het slot in Amsterdam hoger gesloten. RELX was met een winst van 0,8 procent de sterkste stijger. Philips was met een verlies van 0,3 procent de sterkste daler. ING sloot vlak.
